Hi I'm Rose.  Those near and dear to me call me Rosie. I'm a wife, mother, teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, oiler and cup filler.

I began my Reiki journey when I  realized that self-love and self-care were missing from my vocabulary and honestly had never been a part of my life in general.  Actually it was non-existent.  I made sure that everyone's cup was filled before mine was.  We all know the saying " You need to fill your cup before others".  Guess what I didn't think that pertained to me.  Well was I wrong!  I began to feel sick physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  I needed to do something to feel better, but what? 

I needed to take the steps to care for myself so that I could truly be my best self and then be able to serve others.  I began to find ways to fill my cup through community, family, making healthier choices, and Reiki.  Not only is it wonderful for my self-care but I'm able to help and serve others as well.
